Description
This Waterford whiskey is an Irish single malt whiskey made from organic barley malt. The first organic whiskey project in Ireland currently produces between 400 and 600 casks per year. This bottling is done primarily from first-fill bourbon casks and six barley producers in southeastern Ireland.
