It has a natural color and has not been cold filtered.
Nose: flame marshmallow, ripe pear, mineral notes, orange essential oil, popcorn scent.
Palate: Full bodied and creamy, salted popcorn, sea salt, lime cordial, bitter orange marmalade, dark chocolate and a slightly smoky Old Fashioned note.

Aged for 65% in ex-Bourbon barrels and 35% in Ximenez-Spinola sherry casks.
