Drouin Selection is a Calvados AOC with a very light flavor profile, ideal for blending. Selection is made from 60-70% apples of 30 cider varieties and 30-40% pears, which give a pleasant fruity note. It is aged for a maximum of 2 years to maintain the freshness of the fruit.
