Foursquare Absolutio Barbados Single Blended Rum 5 Y.O. 2015

Foursquare Absolutio was born from the collaboration between Luca Gargano and Richard Seale, from a blend of Rums aged in Barbados in a tropical climate, in ex-bourbon casks and of rums that have undergone double maturation, ex-bourbon and ex-Porto, for a total of 15 years.

Each rum is a blend of Double Retort Pot Still in copper and the traditional Double Retort Coffey Still before filling the barrel.

Absolutio was bottled in February 2024 at cask grade.

the nose smell of rich bouquet with notes of dried fruit, caramel, vanilla, sweet spices and a hint of toasted wood.

the palate it is full and enveloping, with a complex structure and a perfect balance between sweetness and spices,

The finish is long, elegant and persistently spicy.
