Vieux Sajous 5 years 2019 is a Clairin produced from Cristalline sugar cane that is grown in Saint-Michel-de-l'Attalaye.
This blend of 18 mixed barrels that contained Rum and Whisky was distilled in 2019 and then aged for 5 years in Haiti at the Distillerie de Port-au-Prince.
The nose is decidedly intense, with hints of exotic fruits, notes of yellow flowers, chocolate tones and hints of spices.
The palate it is energetic, warm and complex.
The Finish is persistent and soft.
