To offer the user Klarna's payment methods, we may pass your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna at checkout, so that Klarna can assess your suitability for their payment methods and customize these payment methods. Your transferred personal data is processed in line with Klarna's privacy policy (privacy policy).

How Long Do We Keep Your Data?

2. What Personal Data Do We Collect?

The categories of personal data that Pipeonline collects and processes when you browse or purchase on the Site are as follows:

a) we collect the personal data necessary to complete and execute your purchase on the Site, such as name and surname, email address, shipping address, billing address, phone number, and payment data;

b) we collect your email address when you subscribe to our newsletter service;

g) sending commercial and promotional communications following the purchase of one of our products, so-called soft spam. If you want to authorize the activities mentioned in points h) and i) and subsequently do not wish to receive further communications from Pipeonline or want to limit the ways in which you are contacted, you can stop these communications at any time by simply clicking on the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of each communication, accessing your account, or contacting Pipeonline at the above address.
Please note that you may still receive further communications from us even after your request to unsubscribe, as some submissions may have already been planned, and our systems may take time to process your request; however, this will not exceed one month from your request.

5. Legal Basis for Processing

You are free to provide or not provide us with your CV, but without it, we will not be able to evaluate your application for a position at Pipeonline;

c) For our legitimate interest.

d) Based on your consent.

7. Transfer of Data Outside the EU

8. How Long Do We Keep Your Data?

We keep your personal data for a limited period, different depending on the type of activity that involves the processing of your personal data.
After this period, your data will be permanently deleted or otherwise rendered anonymous in an irreversible way.

f) CVs: for six months from receipt;

g) data used for commercial communication activities towards users who purchase products on the Site (soft spam): these data are kept until the termination of the service or the exercise of opposition through a request for cancellation of the subscription by the user;

h) data provided for commercial communication activities, opinion polls, and market research: until the user's request to stop the activity and in any case within 2 years from the last interaction of any kind of the user with Pipeonline;

i) data used to personalize the Site and show personalized commercial offers: until the user requests the cessation of the activity and in any case within two years from the last interaction of any kind of the user with Pipeonline;

j) data used to conduct market research and satisfaction surveys: until the User requests the cessation of the activity.
In any case, for technical reasons, the cessation of processing and the consequent definitive cancellation or irreversible anonymization of the relevant personal data will be final within thirty days from the terms indicated above.

At any time, you can exercise your rights regarding the specific processing of your personal data by Pipeonline. Below is their general description and how to exercise them.
