The purchased items will be shipped with express courier or Poste Italiane.

Shipping Costs and Discounts

Shipping costs for Italy are free for orders over €75. For orders under €75, the shipping cost is €7 for payments with Paypal, credit card, bank transfer in advance, and €10 for cash on delivery payments. Shipping for CEE countries costs €10 via express courier and €15 via international registered mail; for countries outside (TAX FREE) the CEE, it costs €10 via express courier.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the purchased item, we guarantee a product replacement service with another of similar value or a refund of the amount paid, as provided by the right of withdrawal law (Legislative Decree 206/2005).

  • Send an email (info@pipeonline.it) within 14 days from receiving the package, explaining the reasons for the return;
  • Indicate whether you prefer the replacement of the product with one of similar value or a refund of the amount paid (excluding shipping costs).

The cost of shipping and insurance is your responsibility. If the goods are returned due to an error on the part of our tobacconist (wrong shipment or other), the shipping and insurance costs will be our responsibility.

Within 7 days of receiving the returned items, we will send you the replacement items or, alternatively, refund the entire order amount (excluding shipping costs), via non-transferable bank check or bank transfer.
