Armellini represents a true exception among Italian artisans: she is the only woman to make tobacco pipes!

Enthusiasts will be perfectly familiar with this brand: suffice it to say that one of her tobacco pipes was given by President of the Republic Sandro Pertini to Italian national team coach Enzo Bearzot on the occasion of his victory at the 1982 World Cup in Spain.
From the unmistakable flair of his father Mauro, founder of the company, came one of the liveliest series on the market: the Botero. Handy chubbies, true colors and capacious stoves are the ingredients of this original series.

Armellini tobacco pipe: the history of Italian craftsmanship

Armellini represents a true exception among Italian artisans: she is the only woman to make tobacco pipes!

In fact, Vilma Armellini decided to continue the family art and dedicate herself to the production of tobacco pipes as started by her father Mauro starting from 1959, when she had already developed a 15-year career in pipes production. In fact, his father Mauro decided to start his own business thanks to his ability to produce tobacco pipes and, thanks to the interest of an American wholesaler, his tobacco pipes were taken overseas. Here they achieved great success which led the Armellini brand to be known on the international market.
